When Life Gets in the Way of American Idol

Last night, I reached a crossroads. It was 9:30 pm, I was tired, and my DVR provided me with 2 options: The Vampire Diaries or Idol.

*Looks away in shame*

And I chose The Vampire Diaries! But - but - but it was late, and the last episode ended in a cliff-hanger, and I have to take notes when I watch Idol. Notes. You'll forgive me, right? Right.

So the deal is this: I'll watch and review Idol this weekend. I promise. I promise. (My guilt is exponentially greater than your probable reaction to this devastating news.)
